If there was more than a five star option for the London Bridge Therapy then I would give it. Absolute phenomenal service from start to finish. I suffered horrific injury as a result of a crime last March. I needed a letter confirming the psychological impact this traumatic event has had on myself since then. I attempted contact on a Sunday not realising they were closed, I was contacted on WhatsApp the same day but Steve the clinic director in relation to what my enquiry was for, I explained what I needed (The letter was very specific) and I needed it within 3 days…. I thought this was going to be impossible! I had a call on Monday with Steve and an assessment on Tuesday with Josephine. I had the letter to send out by Wednesday morning. Absolutely unbelievable! The care the team have showed me has been second to none. Thank you both to Steve and Josephine for the absolute exceptional service provided at an extraordinarily stressful time.

I came to London Bridge Therapy feeling quite hesitant after a previous negative experience with therapy elsewhere. From the very first introductory call with Steve, I felt genuinely understood and at ease. He took the time to answer my questions and thoughtfully matched me with a therapist he felt would be the right fit. I’ve now been working with Sujeena for the past three months, and it has honestly been life-changing. She creates such a safe, supportive space and approaches sessions with real care and structure. It’s not just talking, we set meaningful goals, work through challenges in a practical way, and I’ve gained a much deeper understanding of myself in the process. I feel more supported, more self aware, and stronger because of this work. My perspective on therapy has completely changed, and I now genuinely look forward to my sessions. I can’t recommend London Bridge Therapy highly enough and I’m incredibly grateful to Sujeena for the support she’s given me.

********************************** I never imagined therapy could make such a difference, but working with you has completely changed my perspective. Your support, patience, and insight helped me open doors I didn’t even know were there. I’m deeply grateful for the way you’ve guided me through this process — you’ve truly made an impact on my life!!!

As someone new to therapy, working with Eleanor has been incredibly supportive and encouraging. She paces our sessions so thoughtfully and explains potentially helpful frameworks or theory in a way that’s clear and never overwhelming. She’s kind, patient, and brings a genuinely non-judgmental perspective that makes it easy to chat – I would wholeheartedly recommend working with her

I’ve been working with Andrea over the last month or so – initially for some support through a complicated time in life, which has been very helpful, but she has also helped me understand parts of myself which I hadn’t considered before, leaving me feeling much more equipped to deal with everyday life, work and my relationships. Steve has also been very accommodating, always friendly and understanding. I can’t recommend London Bridge Therapy more.

I feel very lucky to have found London Bridge Therapy and to have Eleanor as my therapist. The initial phone call with Steve was really important in making sure I was paired with the right person, and I’m so glad he got it right — it’s felt like a very natural fit from the start. Eleanor has been wonderful in her approach and flexible in her style when needed. She helps me understand things I often try to hide and has created a safe, non-judgemental space where it’s easy to open up. I look forward to my sessions each week and feel lighter as time goes on. I truly feel fortunate to have found a therapist like Eleanor on my first try and to be able to have these sessions in person.

My experience with London Bridge Therapy has been life changing. From the second I had my initial call with Steve, I knew that this was the right place for me. Kate has been incredible over the last 6 months and I have benefited in so many ways.
