Dr Sujeena Navajeeva is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience supporting people across a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. She works with clients on issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, identity concerns, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the impact of systemic or societal pressures. She is also highly skilled in couples therapy, helping partners navigate conflict, strengthen communication, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in real-world understanding. She is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

Dr Sujeena draws on an integrative range of evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy, alongside liberation-informed and body-based practices such as narrative therapy, somatic therapy, and body mapping. This breadth of expertise allows her to adapt therapy to each individual or couple, tailoring her approach to meet even the most complex presentations.
