Dr Zoe Delaney is a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience supporting a wide range of clients across a broad range of psychological challenges. Dr Delaney has worked extensively in the NHS, helping clients to navigate difficulties, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, post-traumatic stress disorder, social anxiety disorder, health anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship difficulties and bereavement. Dr Delaney also has a special interest in perinatal mental health, offering support to clients during their maternity and birth journeys and the transition to parenthood.
Dr Delaney creates a safe, confidential, and collaborative space for clients to explore their experiences and emotions. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, blending techniques from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT), and systemic therapy. She places significant emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, helping clients delve into early life experiences and relationship patterns to better understand their present challenges and emotions.
