Integrative Psychotherapist
Eleanor is a dedicated Integrative Psychotherapist who is highly skilled working with individuals and couples. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), she combines a holistic and culturally informed approach, drawing on psychodynamic, person-centred, cognitive-behavioural, and narrative therapy to meet the unique needs of each client. Eleanor has a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy from Roehampton University and a foundational background in Social Anthropology from Edinburgh University. She utilises her considerable academic knowledge to ensure she offers expert, evidence-based psychological therapy.
With vast experience in NHS services, Eleanor specialises in providing solution-focused therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, work-related stress, and major life transitions. Her compassionate work at the Mulberry Cancer and Bereavement Centre at West Middlesex Hospital enriched her expertise in trauma-informed care, enabling her to support those navigating grief and the challenges of life-limiting illness with empathy and understanding.

Eleanor’s specialised training in couples therapy utilises attachment theory to explore relational dynamics, helping partners reconnect and strengthen their bond. In addition to her relationship work, Eleanor has a deep understanding of neurodiversity, particularly in supporting clients with ADHD. She addresses not just the practical coping strategies but also the emotional hurdles that often accompany neurodivergence, such as rejection sensitivity, emotional dysregulation, fear of failure, and imposter syndrome. Eleanor is passionate about promoting psychotherapy for ADHD as a valuable alternative or complement to psychotropic treatments.
As a queer-identifying therapist, Eleanor is profoundly committed to advancing LGBTQ+ mental health. She is the co-founder of Queer Culture Club, a London-based organisation dedicated to fostering connection and well-being within the queer community. Her inclusive approach creates a safe and affirming space for all clients.
Before her journey into psychotherapy, Eleanor thrived in the financial sector and honed her artistic talents as a classical opera singer. These diverse experiences enrich her therapeutic practice, fuelling her appreciation for creativity and self-expression as vital components of personal growth.
Eleanor’s calm, integrative approach offers a supportive and empathetic environment where clients can explore their experiences and work towards meaningful change.
