Understanding Anxiety

Specific Phobias

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Characterised by intrusive thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviours or mental acts (compulsions) performed to reduce anxiety.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

A condition that can develop after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event, leading to flashbacks, nightmares, and severe anxiety.
